This job requires a person who remains strategic and tactical, professional, organized, detail and task oriented, as well as precise, thorough, and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field technicians, project managers, and subcontractors, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of field projects within budget and timeline constraints, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Resource Management:
Effectively allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements and timelines.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and uphold rigorous quality control measures, ensuring that work is performed to the highest industry standards and client expectations.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all field operations personnel and subcontractors adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
Client Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during project execution, maintaining open and effective communication to address any concerns and provide updates.
Budget Control:
Monitor project budgets, control costs, and provide accurate financial reporting to upper management.
Vendor and Subcontractor Management:
Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement, create and implement best practices, and drive operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in field operations management in the physical and electronic security industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
Knowledge of security and technology systems is a plus.
This position may require travel to project sites as needed.

Security Clearances: This position requires a DOD Top Secret security clearance. Convergint Federal will sponsor the level of clearance required. However, it will be your responsibility to obtain and maintain your required level of clearance.
