Description
Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven Fire Alarm Inspector to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will assist with the testing and inspection of fire-alarm systems in assigned buildings.
You will help to identify and report any problems or deficiencies found in the systems you inspect. This is a customer-facing role, one that is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance on all assigned projects.
As a Fire Alarm Inspector, you will be part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

Requirements
Education : High school diploma or equivalent education or experience.
Minimum Experience : 1 years of relevant field service or customer service experience.

Skills :
Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and design drawings.
Developing exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
Basic math skills. Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience :
Minimum of one year of previous, relevant field experience preferred but not necessary.
Experience in one or more of the following industries is helpful : electronic / electrical, fire alarm & life safety, and / or sprinkler systems.
