**Job Title: Solar Installer**
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing solar panels on residential properties. The Solar Installer will work closely with the installation team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Install solar panels according to guidelines and project specifications.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and voltmeters to complete installations.
- Work on construction sites to mount panels and connect wiring.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to determine panel placement.
- Assist in plumbing and wiring as needed for solar panel connections.
- Operate a forklift for transportation of materials on site.
- Adhere to safety protocols, especially when working at heights and with high voltage equipment.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in residential solar panel installation.
- Familiarity with techniques and construction practices.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and voltmeters.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints.
- Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulations related to solar installations.
