Job Posting – Field Service Technician

We’re currently looking for an experienced Field Service Technician for our Atlanta office.

Position Overview:

The field service technician is responsible for helping clients install, repair, and maintain material handling equipment. They are responsible for showing customers how to use their equipment, building relationships with customers, and following company procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and timely service reports for each job or dispatch
• Troubleshoot technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with the proper manuals
• Be familiar with customer requests and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Review service calendar and follow up all projects
• Participate in weekly team meetings
• Travels to customer locations while operating company vehicle in a safe manner

Requirements:

• GED or High School Diploma
• 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Knowledgeable about the operation of common hand tools
• Experienced with time management skills and following schedules
• Material handling experience desired
• MS Office proficient
• Exposure to ERP systems (Acumatica)
• Exposure and knowledge of industrial electrical systems preferred
