Ministry Function
The Network Project Manager supports the ministry of Convoy of Hope by overseeing and serving as the project manager for all projects given by the Vice President – Network.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serves as the project manager to design, create, and implement training opportunities for the Network team.
- Assists the Vice President - Network with special projects and administrative support as assigned.
- Manage operational data and perform data analysis related to operational support functions of the working group.
- Provides reporting and tracking of KPI’s for the Network team.
- Facilitate strategic project management meetings. Accountable for execution of project objectives.
- Utilizes project management platforms such as Monday.com to monitor projects.
- Coordinates special Network events to include roundtables, webinars, regional meetings, At Home Week, and other events.
- Works closely with other working groups to create valuable content for the Network team.
- Serve as liaison between Community Engagement and Network to vet new churches sourced through Church Engagement and ensure they are assigned to an account director for follow-up and future engagement.
- Facilitates access for Network directors to have essential materials for speaking engagements, such as annual reports, giving portfolios, disaster service booklets, etc.
- Maintains inventory for Network directors speaking engagement materials.
- Collaborates with Senior Director – Network Relations (West, Central, East) to deliver consistent and comprehensive reporting on an ongoing basis.
- Maintains all Salesforce reporting and data integrity for the Network.
- Liaison for Network Experiences.
- Manages budget for regional church relations teams.
- Researches and develops relationships for new markets.
- May travel on behalf of COH to support strategic initiatives upon request.
- Assists VP of Network with budget oversight for the Network Division Directors.
- Fulfills all other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Three or more years of ministry or conference experience is required.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills to accurately convey Convoy’s program work within the organization, to partners, and to appropriate target audiences.
- Displays proficiency in Mac/PC software programming, including Google Suites, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
- Exhibits a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, potentially on short notice.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, and can maintain tact in difficult situations.
- Attends and actively participates in COH At Home Week meetings and activities as a required responsibility to the organization and fellow team members.
- Serves as an advocate for the ministry, striving to nurture, broaden, and develop financial and other resource opportunities to support and expand organizational and program ministry.
- Positively represents the ministry of Convoy of Hope, including its mission statement and core values, to all outside constituencies.
- As a Christian organization, Convoy of Hope believes it is critical that team members embrace the organization's religious purposes for which it exists, and not only agree with its Statement of Faith but demonstrate it in their lives on an ongoing basis.
