Conway Bank is a small-town bank looking for a CSR/Teller to join our Wichita Branch. We provide friendly, small-town service to meet our customer's needs.

We are looking for a friendly individual who can provide excellent customer service and enjoys working with a team.

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Cash Handling 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Accurately process transactions but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing and loan payments.

Essential Functions

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Responsible for processing financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payment, cash advance and other financial transactions.
• Assist customers with wire transfer request, ordering checks, debit cards and update customer information.
• Answer phones and assist customers with internet and mobile banking.
• Open and close accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, individual retirement accounts, and health saving account)
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Skills and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Cash handling experience (Preferred)
• Customer Service experience (Preferred)
• Knowledge of basic math
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Capable of working with a team

Work Environment

This position regularly works in an office setting. Most of the job duties require the employee to be working with computers and electronic media on a regular basis.
