Lease/Rental Fleet Administrator – Free Healthcare

Conway Beam has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented Lease/Rental Fleet Administrator to join our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the vehicle acquisition and disposal processes; perform all vehicle titling, registrations, and fuel tax permit renewals.
- Directly supervise the Lease/Rental Accounting Specialist; duties include billing, accounts receivable and collections, trip reporting for Highway Use Tax (HUT) and International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA).
- Monitor customer compliance with fuel tax and insurance requirements.
- Field rental calls, and coordinate reservations and equipment among five locations to fulfill customer needs.
- Support sales team in lease account management; oversee the lifecycle of lease agreements, from initiation to renewal or termination, ensuring all parties comply with the lease terms.
- Promptly address customer inquiries and problem-solving customer invoice questions.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
- Maintain organized and complete electronically filed records in accordance with record retention policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the vehicle leasing or dealership industry, required.
- Knowledge of telematics software, preferred.
- General knowledge of Department of Motor Vehicles paperwork & processes, preferred.
- Experience with tax compliance, particularly IFTA and NY HUT regulations, preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable with various accounting and billing software.

Job Type: Full-time; M-F 8-hour shift
Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 based upon experience
License/Certification:
- Valid Driver's License meeting insurance approval (Required)
