Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center in Central Florida is looking for a full time Human Resources Coordinator. This role is responsible for the effective overall management of the human resources function to include employee relations, payroll compliance, benefits, recruitment, and training.
- Associate’s degree in business, management, human resources, communication or related field preferred
- Professional HR certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of HR and Payroll experience
- Must maintain the highest level of professionalism and work well within a team environment
- Must be customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
- Must be approachable, flexible and adaptable to change
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
