The ideal candidate will be a hands-on service consultant who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has an ability to quickly learn and understand our customers’ business needs.

Job Summary

The Service Consultant position is responsible for providing support to our customers in the process of setting up, operating, and supporting their business processes as well as assisting our customers with any related technical support issues that may arise. This includes assisting customers with basic computer knowledge, knowledge of business processes, knowledge of tools used in business process implementation, etc. This position will also assist our customers with any related regulatory or compliance issues that may arise from the implementation of business processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to our customers via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide support to our customers with regulatory and compliance issues that may arise during implementation of their company’s business processes.
• Maintain customer data in an organized fashion using an organized database system (Excel)
• Process customer orders and ensure all paperwork is completed and properly filed before being sent for approval by our internal Sales Team.
• Follow up on any outstanding customer issues that may arise during implementation of their company’s business processes.
• Assist other internal employees as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,266.48 - $150,000.00 per year
