Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues
- Follow plumbing codes and safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or relevant role
- Proficient in welding and equipment repair
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and air conditioning units
- Familiarity with schematics and property maintenance
- Field service experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
