Cook Solutions Group is Hiring a Service Coordinator - Ontario, CA Near Ontario, CA
Location: Ontario, CA – After training, can be Hybrid with 3 days in office/2 days remote. **OFFICE IS CURRENTLY IN CORONA BUT WILL BE MOVING TO ONTARIO AREA IN NOVEMBER 2024. Pay: This is an hourly position offered at $25.00 – 28.00 per hour DOE
What You’ll Do
- Support Service Manager in reviewing open service and ATM call reports.
- Work closely with dispatch and technicians to ensure we are current on all service calls.
- Coordinates with purchasing and warehouse teams to track parts status.
- Maintains job status board and provides updates as needed.
- Supports SM in planning and facilitating weekly service needs and meeting.
- Tracks service call completions and performs specific closeout duties.
- Coordinates necessary change orders with Service Manager.
- Assist with customer conversions.
- Communicates with customers on service status as needed.
- Performs other related support duties as required and assigned.
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two-three years related
- Problem solving skills and comfort with dynamic environment essential for growth.
- Proficiency with MS Office and computer literacy a must (including PowerPoint, MS Word, MS excel)
