Job Summary:
We are a growing local commercial General Contractor seeking a skilled Project Coordinator/AP/AR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform many if not all of the duties below

Duties:

• Create new jobs in Sage 100 Contractor software and maintain job folders for each new job.
• Prepare contracts for clients using AIA software
• Prepare subcontracts for subs using Sage
• Process change orders/back charges
• Set up job books for superintendents
• Maintain vendor W-9 and COI files
• Help PM's pull permits, lien agents, bonds and license renewals as needed
• Ensure all state and local licensing is current
• Follow up on, collect and allocate payments to open AR
• Run AR reports and monitor accounts for non payments, late payments, etc.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Research and resolve payable discrepancies
• Prepare bank deposits
• Assist AP with entering invoices in Sage

Requirements:

• Experience with Sage 100 Contractor or similar software
• Experience with accounting processes in GC or related business
• Strong work ethic
• Positive team-oriented attitude

Pay: $52,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
