About Growth Team
The Growth Marketing Team leads the company's efforts to acquire new eaters across a variety of channels. CookUnity has an incredible chef-driven story to tell-and a mind-blowing, must-taste product to introduce to the world. And because of this, the sky's the limit in crafting an alluring proposition and leveraging magnetic content. We have an incredible mission, as a marketing team, to not simply shake up the known Weekly Meal Plans and On-Demand Food Delivery categories, but usher in a new era of the chef-centric marketplace.
About the Role
Our ideal candidate will lead our resurrection growth strategies across CRM channels; email, sms and push notifications and work cross functionality with key stakeholders on product, data and tech teams. As the CRM Manager, Reactivation you will play a pivotal role in accelerating reactivation growth efforts across a detailed customer segmentation and multichannel strategy while upholding key quality metrics. You will develop and deliver a cohesive north star for the reactivation team, strategize, plan and grow the reactivation function in a meaningful way.

Our new CRM Manager will be able to leverage this differentiation to create unique reactivation funnels and experiences that cater to various segments of food enthusiasts seeking a superior, effortless dining experience. They will excel in executing experimentation frameworks, personalization through content experimentation and a detailed customer centric segmentation approach.
This role reports directly to the Director of CRM and involves close collaboration with Performance Marketing, Performance Creative, Branding, as well as cross-functional teamwork with Product, Tech, and data teams.
Responsibilities :
  • Strategize, test, execute multichannel reactivation strategy balancing email, sms, and push notification channels
  • Own the day to day strategic planning, testing and creation of CRM Reactivation campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Work cross functionally with key stakeholders on performance marketing team to execute reactivation strategies across Direct Mail, Paid Social and Paid Search
  • Strategize and build plan to improve conversion rates within Reactivation funnel with product, data and tech stakeholders
  • Optimize segmentation strategy using first party and third party data to personalize targeting strategy across channels
  • Testing, optimizing and scaling new incremental enhancements such as promotions, features, personalization and full ownership the discount strategy for resurrection lifespan.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing with an emphasis in D2C subscription reactivation
  • Experience using best in class third party D2C CRM/ESP tools such as Braze, Iterable or Customer.io
  • Experience building a multichannel CRM strategy across email, SMS, push notifications and in-app messages
  • Strong understanding of a/b testing, data best practices and storytelling with data
  • A Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role
  • Excellent leadership skills that help attract and develop outstanding marketing talent, challenge people to excel and elicit their sustained high performance - a great team player and fun to work with
  • Collaborative attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Google Analytics, or Looker
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices both creative and technical
  • Passion for food and marketplaces

Compensation
All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Pay Range for this position
$90,000-$120,000 USD
