We are currently looking to fill the following position:

• Residential Installer Apprentice

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the removal and installation of residential HVAC Systems.
• Must be able to interact and assist customers in person.
• Seeking experienced apprentice with tools but will train the right person.
• Professional appearance and manner.
• Install HVAC equipment to meet manufacturers specifications.
• Assist lead installer with residential installation.
• Arrive to work at scheduled time, perform duties to established standards, and ensure the

installation is complete before leaving the job site.

• Clean jobsite before leaving for the day or job completion.
• Inventory supplies, equipment, and maintain company vehicle.
• Tools of trade desired, but not required to start.
• We are looking for installers who maintain a clean workspace in customer’s home.
• Ability to lift 60lbs.
• Comply with all policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks.
• 1 year of HVAC experience or completion of HVAC certification course.
• Must pre-employment drug screen.
• Must have clean driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from main office.
• Must pass background check.

work done.

• Desire to learn, seek new challenges and take on additional responsibilities
• Reasoning ability. Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems.

Education, Certifications and/or Experience

• High School Diploma required.
• HVAC certification or equivalent experience required.

Language Skills

• Ability to communicate and relay information between the team and management is

essential to our success.
