Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse/Inventory Control Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials in and out of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records using electronic inventory management systems.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of HVAC and refrigeration equipment and parts.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas for efficient inventory management.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and labeling items accurately.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and records.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to schedule deliveries and manage returns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the assembly and staging of equipment and parts for installation projects.
• Collaborate with other team members to fulfill customer orders and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 LBS
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift).
• Familiarity with HVAC and refrigeration equipment and parts is advantageous but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
