Position Summary:

The office Project procurement position will assist the managers in office with back end support in filing, accounting, data entry and office management, as well as ordering for office supplies and field requests approved by management.

This new position is key to implementing the company’s operations and supply chain strategy to support the company’s growth trajectory. This includes implementing best practices in procurement, warehouse, and office performance analysis and monitoring.

Must Have:

• Strong computer skills including Google office and some IT background
• Ability to log and track tasks in a database (Copper)
• Ability to learn and enjoys a dynamic work day, with lots of functions and interaction.
• Is available for employment ( 5 days a week ~40 hours 8-5)
• Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you can influence, build rapport and get through to people at all levels of the organization.
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to self-direct and work. independently—capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced but exhilarating environment, where many demands and requests will present themselves and you will need to prioritize.
• Must have good prioritization, organization, analytical and planning skills.
• Ability to organize thoughts and ideas and communicate congruently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must collaborate with Sales, Construction, Engineering, and Management group functions to ensure successful delivery of services.

Must provide effective communication and connection to all internal and external stakeholders.

Interface regularly with the project owners and others to deliver enhanced customer satisfaction, communication and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
