We are seeking motivated individuals to take leadership in a high-volume historic restaurant. We are growing with lots of opportunities to grow with us. Looking for someone with leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
- Supervise FOH & BOH staff’s activities
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs as needed
- Recruit and manage kitchen staff
- Rectify arising problems or complaints
- Inventory and ordering of all kitchen related items
- Perform administrative duties, schedule writing and inventories
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
Skills
- Proven working experience in full-service Restaurants
- Proven knowledge of Labor Laws and staffing best practices
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Capable of delegating multiple tasks
- Communication and leadership skills
