We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual that has experience in commercial or residential plumbing with knowledge regarding any of the following: installing reverse osmosis systems, water softeners, deionizer tanks and other water treatment equipment. The role will require daily travel throughout the state of Florida, customer interaction on site and quick thinking on your feet.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver and exchange deionizer tanks at customer facilities

- Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of commercial water purification systems

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on site with customer's water purification system

- Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of equipment

- Install, assemble, and disassemble components as needed

- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions

- Learn regeneration process, some days will be spent assisting at main facility

Experience:

- Previous experience in plumbing required

- Knowledge of basic electrical is preferred

- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in equipment repair and maintenance

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Skills:

- Design: Ability to understand technical drawings and schematics for equipment repair or installation

- Driver: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate company vehicles for service calls

- Field service: Ability to provide on-site service at customer locations

- Equipment repair: Proficiency in repairing various types of equipment

Daily travel throughout Florida. 1-2 overnight trips a month possible.
