- Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- P&L Analysis
- Reviewing invoices, payment and purchase orders
- Understanding the flow between systems (Service Titan and Intacct)
- Creating and /or improving existing processes, procedures and controls
- Working with accounting team and operations
- Inventory Management
- Sending reports to managers weekly
- Calling and collecting outstanding payments from customers
- Reviewing paperwork for financed customers
- Annual Audit Support
- Bachelor’s in accounting or Business
- 4 years core accounting experience, including month end close, solid GAAP, account reconciliations
- Strong system savvy, including Excel proficiency and ERP experience (Sage Intaact a plus)
- Attention to detail
- Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong ethics and ability to keep information confidential
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize import projects
