Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estimating Project Manager to join our team. The Estimating Project Manager is responsible for estimating and bidding potential projects and once a bid has been accepted, managing all aspects of the project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and management, utilizing tools to accurately price projects. This role involves overseeing the estimation process, ensuring cost control measures are in place, and collaborating closely with project management teams.

Responsibilities
- Preparing accurate and timely project bids
- Utilize construction management software to create detailed estimates
- Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive cost estimates
- Collaborate with team to review bids and negotiate pricing with subcontractors
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase to ensure adherence to budget
- Visit construction sites as needed to assess project scope and requirements.

Requirements
- Proven experience in construction estimating , management
- Strong ability to build accurate project estimates and control costs effectively
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to negotiate pricing
- Knowledge of construction site operations and requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
