As a Sales Consultant, you will respond to and communicate with our current and prospective Sales customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, sales-minded, and customer-focused. You must be able to handle customer follow-up, cold calls, and possess the ability to get customers in the door while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential skills.
What will you be doing?
- Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.
- Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads
- Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions
- Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services to customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Track customers using store-specific management system/s.
- Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

- Experience in customer service, call center, or retail sales
- Dealership experience, a plus
- Ability to handle heavy phone volume
- Persuasive- knack for sales and customer service
- Strong communication skills –verbal and written
