Cooper Auto Group is seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our corporate team in Edmond, OK. We are looking for a talented Human Resources Generalist/Manager to support our continuous effort to support a healthy, supportive environment for the growth and success of our employees. This role will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day HR operations ensuring compliance with State and Federal laws.
- Act as the corporate point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance on Company HR policies, procedures, and best practices to management and staff.
- Conduct appropriate, thorough and prompt investigations into employee complaints.
- Assist in development and implementation of disciplinary and performance review processes.
- Assist in creating efficient onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies and internal procedures and regulations.
- Oversee employee benefits programs serving as a resource for employees regarding benefits issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or related role.
- Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws and regulations.
- HR (PHR, SHRM) related certification(s) preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
