Description:
In this role, you will install, service, and repair commercial kitchen appliances. You must have experience in a commercial kitchen repair technician role. You must also be a team player who is also comfortable working independently.
Qualifications/Skill Requirements:

• 2 years of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC
• Possess a valid Drivers License / Possess a clean driving history
• High school or equivalent (required)
• Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify complex problems promptly.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively with clients

Responsibilities:

• Must at minimum be capable of service on commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC equipment, and refrigeration
• As a Field Service Technician, you will be required to travel to client locations, install new equipment, respond to service requests, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide technical training on company equipment
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial food service equipment including, but not limited to, refrigeration equipment, cooking equipment, beverage equipment, and dish machines
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
• Install all parts ordered for the customer in a timely and professional manner and line with company policy
