Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CMO to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and SEM
- Manage business development projects and initiatives
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals
- Coordinate large-scale marketing projects and ensure timely completion
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies
- Foster relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience
- Proven management experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
