Location: Asheville
Scheduled:
- Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- PTO/Sick time accrual from first day

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents in attaining mental health recovery goals, meeting needs, and creating/maintaining structure
- Make face-to-face contact with each resident in the Community Program
- Connects with residents and supports the recovery process by participating in daily activities
- Assist in the planning and meeting daily objections: job maintenance, budgeting, meal planning, job searching, and job preparation
- Supports residents in their goals to improve personal hygiene and cleanliness
- Follows though with drug screen and breathalyzer procedures and self-administered medications
- Willing to transport residents as needed
- Participates in scheduled and spontaneous meeting with the residents' team members
- Document on resident interactions, special concerns and strong communication with team members
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent relevant experience working with adults with mental health challenges
- At least 21 years of age, current driver's license, and acceptable driving record to be covered by company insurance
- Preferred at least 1 year of experience in a community setting or mental health setting
