Job Description:

You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most discerning Advisors / Leaders in the US. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management services tailored to the unique needs and objectives of each client.

Location(s): over 50 office locations in the US to choose from.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses to understand clients' financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans encompassing investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, and more.
  • Proactively monitor clients' portfolios and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to clients, ensuring their financial plans remain aligned with their evolving needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio managers, analysts, and support staff, to deliver exceptional service and outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (advanced degrees and certifications such as CFP, CFA, or MBA are preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses required; additional licenses and registrations may be necessary depending on the scope of client engagements.
