Job TitleSr Manager Regional Human Resources
As that Sr Manager Regional Human Resources, you will provide strategic HR consultative services for three manufacturing facilities, or a regional manufacturing facility HUB, by ensuring the adoption of HR related programs and initiatives that support the employee life cycle. You will proactively identify and solution talent related needs. Enable achievement of business objectives and influences talent decisions through application of HR best practice. Manage time, resources, and cross functional coordination effectively to optimize HR business partner impact. You may lead stretch projects that support business initiatives applying HR expertise. You will provide leadership of special HR projects and leads, coaches and develops other HR Business Partners.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultative support on complex people related matters pertaining to assigned manufacturing facilities.
  • Understand and implements established HR related programs at the facilities in support of the employee life cycle. Reports on plant-level Human Resources key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with facility leadership and HR business partners to ensure Workforce plans adequately solve for people related organizational issues and talent/skill gaps now and in the future.
  • Ensure connection between HR objectives and CORE related action plans as they relate to the Workforce Stability, Workforce Development and creating a World Class Employee Experience.
  • Understand the business environment, objectives, and people implications to help the facility meet and exceed its financial, people operational metrics.
  • Effectively communicate facility progress against metrics and makes the connection to employee related implications to proactively solution.
  • Proactively engage HR Business Partner team and HR Centers of Expertise to learn and share best practice to achieve process efficiency and an improved employee experience.
  • Provide HR point of view and expertise on cross functional project teams in support of business initiatives.
  • Act as the Project Leader for HR initiatives that have a regional impact.
  • Direct or complete hiring and onboarding activities.
  • Manage routine and more difficult employee relations activities utilizing strong judgement and communication skills, demonstrate understanding of company policies and legislative requirements, and work with internal/external parties, such as attorneys and the EEOC, to resolve.
  • Coach employees and leaders to foster effective and productive working relationships and advise supervisors on performance, behavior and development related matters.
  • May conduct research to determine the effectiveness of personnel programs and policies.
  • May develop and propose improvement to policies, programs and procedures to improve the effectiveness of human resources and operations.
  • Recommend and provide training and presentations to employees and managers in large and small group formats. Bridge compliance with purpose and intention as it relates to the employee experience.
  • Partner with Centers of Expertise to provide the HR Business Partner point of view on employee related programs and drives adoption of programs within the facilities.
  • HR point of contact for all employee related questions at the facility.
  • Directly supervises HR Business Partners and contribute to their development.
Education:
  • Bachelors’ degree in related field or business-related field and or equivalent combination of education and /or experience.
  • Advanced degree desirable.
Experience:
  • 10 years of related work experience
  • Experience in Manufactuing industry highly preferred.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Proven experience managing HR functions across multiple sites or locations preferred.
  • Experience with multi-site Strategic Workforce Planning and Succession Planning a highly desirable.
  • Experience with multi-site Org Design within a matrix organization preferred.
  • Broad and comprehensive business and HR acumen.
  • Ability to influence cross functional leaders and teams.
  • Ability to effectively lead and develop team of HR Business Partners.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal and organizational skills, great attention to detail as well as excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibits effective cooperation and communication skills to effectively work within a team environment.
  • Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Target Hiring RangeAnnual Salary: USD 124,786.00 - USD 171,581.00
