The Practice:

457 Shawnee Lane, Chillicothe, OH 45601.

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 pm.

It has a growing patient population.

Well-established patient base and reputation

Full spectrum practice - pediatric to geriatric patient care.

Special interest in Endocrine, Diabetes, COPD, and Sports Medicine a plus

The practice has engaged partners and good mentors.

Requirements:

Doctor Medicine (MD/DO).

Completion of three year Family Medicine Residency. Third year Residents are welcome to apply.

Board-certified or Board-eligible in Family Medicine.
