DescriptionIf you are a Marketing professional looking for an opportunity to grow and redefine marketing’s impact on an organization, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in Sidney, Ohio, you will provide instrumental leadership to define and prioritize the strategic marketing projects, campaigns, and programs to support the growth of the Cold Chain organization. You will collaborate with business leaders, peers, and team members and apply expertise across the organization to define the go-to-market strategy for product launches, campaigns, and external communications, as well as advise and collaborate on the marketing plans and tactics.
As a Marketing Business Partner Manager, You Will
  • Be the business liaison and advocate for priorities across Enterprise Marketing and Cold Chain Business portfolio.
  • Operate in a matrixed organization by working with marketing leaders and peers as well as business partners, including the VP/GM, sales, product management, market management, and other core functional areas.
  • Be responsible for understanding the key business priorities and defining marketing briefs and critical metrics for each initiative.
  • Define budget requirements and track spending for marketing programs.
  • Support the strategic direction and messaging for trade shows and events.
  • Enable the sales team with tools and training and sales materials to drive the adoption of Copeland products in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate to identify and promote comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs and define the value proposition to customers
  • Drive customer experience initiatives for the business and advocate building the capabilities to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Required Education, Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in either Business, Marketing, English, Communications
  • 5 years of experience in marketing management or a related position
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to set and meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly solve challenges/problems
  • Ability to lead and grow relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Education, Experiences & Skills
  • Master’s degree in business management or marketing
  • 7 years of experience in marketing management or a related position
  • Experience or knowledge of current product offerings or industry
  • Experience either working with or at mid to large-sized marketing and/or digital agencies
  • Strategic and consultative partner, with validated communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (i.e., Monday.com)
  • Strong familiarity with B2B marketing and content strategies (owned, earned, paid)
Flexible Work Schedule – Remote Work Option and Core HoursThis role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm.
