BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS JOB: 

Working under direct supervision of branch/team leadership and following established industry and company guidelines; assists team in completing day-to-day administrative tasks; recurring, narrowly defined customer service tasks; and meeting all performance requirements regarding production, quality and ensuring that no liability associated with errors or omissions occur. Specific responsibilities include entering data related to client and/or policies; word processing; reviewing policy forms for accuracy; handling transmittals to the client/insured; and providing general office support.

SKILLS & EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Excellent administrative, multi-tasking, and organizations skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
• PC proficiency, including basic knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Exceptional personal character
• Highest level of personal character, integrity, and servant leadership

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Insurance Industry experience preferred; or 2 years of related experience in customer service 
• Ability to obtain P&C License within 6 months

ENVIRONMENTAL & WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Working conditions require the ability to work extended and/or flexible hours as needed. 
• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
