MOVE ON IF YOU'RE NOT LOOKING FOR AN EXCITING CHALLENGE AND AREN'T INTERESTED IN CARVING YOUR NAME INTO THE VERY HEART OF A (soon to be) GLOBAL BRAND.
COPS, our boutique doughnut concept hailing from Toronto, Canada is opening its debut Flagship Store in West Village, NYC!
‘'COPS' is aptly named after the tongue-in-cheek stereotype, associating police with doughnuts. We clearly don't take ourselves too seriously, but at the same time we really do. Not sure how that's possible but if you read on maybe it'll make more sense..maybe not.
At COPS, we believe in creating art worth eating, in every form. We’re transcending the ordinary and reimagining the local doughnut shop as a global creative studio, renowned for exceptional, innovative marketing campaigns and impactful brand collaborations. We've partnered with influential fashion designers on custom uniforms and notable spatial designers on one-of-a-kind event installations in Toronto and New York.
Two words that distill our identity, are luxury and grit. These principles are our bedrock, guiding every endeavor and are threaded throughout every corner of our brand. At COPS, we’re forming a unique path that seamlessly blends fashion, art and design with hospitality.
However, don’t be mistaken, we put just the same amount of effort into our products. We partnered with a fine dining chef and food scientist to perfect our original recipes and have since collaborated with multiple Michelin Star chefs and their restaurants. We made the conscious decision to exclusively highlight filter coffee in our locations and will partner with best-in-class, world renowned coffee roasters at each location we open.
We currently have three locations in Toronto, plan to open across NYC, then venture to Paris, Tokyo and beyond.
We truly believe the world does not need another doughnut shop. An incubator of inspiration on the other hand, is a different story.
