Copy Cow is Hiring a Customer Service Associate Near Starkville, MS

  • Demonstrate consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customer’s individualized need.
  • Provides an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Take complex customer orders using our order system and provide accurate pricing information.
  • Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer supplied original media and documents.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and orderly retail Store.
  • Capable of multitasking.
  • Constantly looking for opportunities to improve knowledge and skills within the store.
  • Able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Adhere to all Copy Cow team member and retail store standards, as outlined in the team member handbook
  • All other duties as needed or required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must meet all Copy Cow employment qualifications at time of hiring.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is a plus.
  • No calls please.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
