LaSalle Network is excited to partner with a reputable company located in Deerfield, IL, to find a talented Senior Billing Specialist. This organization is known for its dynamic work environment and commitment to employee development.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Billing Specialist to join our client's finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing processes, excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle high volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently.

Senior Billing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients
• Review and verify billing data to ensure accuracy
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries related to billing
• Maintain and update billing system and customer accounts
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth billing operations
• Generate billing reports and assist with month-end closing processes
• Support the implementation of billing process improvements
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

Senior Billing Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred not required
• 3 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with billing software and ERP systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
