As a Junior Marketing Representative at CORA, you would maintain CORA’s overall marketing and sales program at the direction of the Regional Sales Manager. Our ideal candidate has a marketing/Communications degree, previous experience in a sales setting, and takes initiative to get things done. This is a full-time position servicing the Greater Orlando area.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – specifically using formulas in Excel required
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Has ability to work effectively in teams and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do:
- Develop sales plans to improve visits and payer mix
- Meet with Operations and Regional Sales Teams to coordinate and adjust sales activity monthly
- Provide weekly reviews of sales progress and adjust sales activity accordingly
- Focus on obtaining more fee-for-service business
- Train operating management on sales process and account management system
