Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Communicates with customers by phone and processes orders for new accounts, turn on, discontinuance, or changes to service.
Processes credit refunds, collections, transfer balances, delinquent accounts, corrects bills or reverse payment.
Initiates and reviews status of service orders requested by customers.
Adjust complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
Answers incoming telephone calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general customer concerns.
Works with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and e informed of any company policy changes.
Assists in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to irate or problematic customers.
Familiar with AS/400 Software
