Overview

Provide friendly, efficient, and hospitable service at the front desk. Provide efficient and friendly check in and check out service. Run the night audit process through the PMS system.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, efficient and friendly check-in and check-outs.
• Provide outstanding guest service with regard to answering the switchboard, taking messages, receiving packages, faxes and other guest deliveries.
• Provide guest service in the form of reserving airport shuttles and obtaining airport information.
• Complete daily Night Audit check list timely and efficiently.
• Communicate with the Maintenance department and production and follow up of work requests.
• Have a thorough knowledge of restaurants, transportation issues and other areas of guest interest. This should include a complete knowledge of all Stonebridge Inn department operations parameters.
• Must be aware of emergency procedures with special regard to guest injury and fire emergency procedures.
• Must answer the switchboard in a timely manner with appropriate greeting.
• Must maintain consistent communication with the Housekeeping department with regard to maintaining accurate room statuses, coordinating room moves and responding to guest special requests.
• Must be familiar with hotel and reservation's policies including early check-out, late arrival, deposits and cancellations. Must be able to confidently quote these policies to guests.
• Must be able to perform a walk-in reservation.

Qualifications

• High school graduate
• Fluency in job related English, both verbal and written.
• Provide legible communication and directions.
• Compute basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers).
• Ability to work flexible schedule.

Wage Information:

• The hourly rate for this postion is $21.00 per hour plus tips.
