A leading real estate firm in Central New Jersey is seeking a Junior Marketing and Graphics Design Manager. You must be a well-organized, creative, proactive, positive, and most importantly, kind-hearted person. The most prominent of the duties are managing the firm’s brand strategy and overseeing the marketing of property listings as well as individual agents. You will be working closely with our fun, kind, ambitious members of the sales team and our dynamic executive team on a daily basis. Some of the daily tasks include:

- Managing brand strategy and messaging through website, social media, videos, online advertising, print placement and events

- Receive, organize, and prioritize marketing requests from agents

- Fulfill agent design requests including postcards, signs, email marketing and property brochures using pre-existing templates and creating custom designs

- Submit orders and track shipments of print materials

- Keep track of marketing expense for agents and properties

- Maintain brand assets and generic files

- Prepare print materials and signs for open houses

- Plan and execute events and promotions

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of digital design, graphic design principles, color theory, and typography
- Experience in production design and visual design
- Familiarity with UI design, web design, and layout design
- Knowledge of marketing concepts and content management systems
- Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)
