SummarySupports Supply Chain and Warehouse Group in development, implementation and improvement of processes and projects; this includes organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings, documenting, and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings, and ensuring all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. This role will provide routine status for overall project and critical path activities, escalating issues and facilitating mitigations needed to maintain project deliverables. Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Establish document templates to capture and track project information upon project initiation
Plan meetings and organize project logistics
Perform project cost control tasks
Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored
Responsible for reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files
Assist with preparing and reviewing project proposals, vendor contracts memos, meeting minutes, and emails
Communicate cross functionally with internal stakeholders as needed and/or as directed by the Manager to provide updates, request information, and facilitate group communication
Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
Provide administrative support as needed
Monitor and track the progress of project tasks such as action items and key deliverables
Provide detailed updates to Supply Chain Leadership Team or other stakeholders
Evaluation of Processes and Projects using Lean Principles and development of role for the Group as an Operational Excellence resource
Setup and Support of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the Group for internal and external reporting
Assist in Management of sales orders and invoicing, working with PMs and Supply Chain Manager to ensure sales orders are processed, invoiced and closed out in a timely manner

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCEA four-year Business Degree (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, etc.) and 3 years of relevant experience preferred, though an Associate Degree and 5 years of experience in the CDMO/Manufacturing industry would be considered. Language SkillsAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Complete initial Corden Lean Training within first year.
