We have exciting opportunities for an multiple Dental Area Operations Manager's to cover practices in the following areas: Ohio territory, Tennessee territory, Des Moines, IA territory, and Madison/Milwaukee, WI territory.

Remote candidates located in Columbus, OH, Nashville, TN, Des Moines, IA and Milwaukee or Madison, WI will be considered.

ONLY CANDIDATES WITH REGIONAL DENTAL EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Our ideal candidate has advanced in a corporate dentistry environment from Office Manager to regional operations. Ideally, they have been a part of practice integration following an acquisition and with the implementation of new practice management systems and other technology. They are an enthusiastic leader, focused on training and change management. Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Working with Office Managers and Dentists to ensure metrics, scorecards, and budgets are being met or exceeded.
• Creating work plans to improve practice performance and to coach Office Managers to higher performance.
• Support practices in staffing and accountability.
• Work closely with corporate marketing to ensure our practices are foremost in their communities and online marketing presence.
• Lead by example and enthusiasm to build a culture of respect, performance, and communication.

This role requires up to 50% travel in assigned territory.

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in a multi-site, regional dental operations role.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
