Cordia Resources is currently seeking a Controller to support our non-profit client with strong Costpoint experience. This is a temp to hire role. 
Responsibilities:

• Supervise two accountants specializing in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Oversee month-end close processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Perform financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and reporting.
• Utilize Costpoint software for financial management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role, non-profit experience not required. 
• Proficiency in Costpoint software is required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
