We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to play a crucial role in supporting our accounts payable processes, bank reconciliation, and month-end close procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting expertise, attention to detail, and proficiency in using Sage Intacct. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.Responsibilities
- Oversee the accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and financial statement preparation.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and month-end close.
- Proficiency in using Sage Intacct is required.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
