Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a multinational defense tech firm who is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, Program Control to join their team on a contract basis.

Title: Senior Finance Manager, Program Control

Location: Hybrid – Tysons Corner, VA

Hourly Rate: $80.00 - $100.00/hour

Job Type: Contract (2-3 months)

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive financial management and project support functions, including expense reviews, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, accruals, pricing for new task orders, as well as other support for project managers.
• Prepare and update Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimates at Completion (EAC).
• Navigate a complex $40M plus Firm Fixed Price (FFP) program with multiple line items of contract deliveries. This contract has multiple subcontractors and union employees.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Costpoint system (version 8.2) is a must.
• Experience with Focus Point TM1 Planning System is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with project controls information
• Experience in risk management, federal contracting and procurement is required.
