MedAlliance/Selution, in partnership with Cordis, specializes in the development of ground-breaking technology and commercialization of advanced drug device combination products for the treatment of coronary and peripheral artery disease. Our mission is to revolutionize healthcare by creating next-generation solutions that address unmet and critical medical needs. MedAlliance is headquartered in Switzerland, with offices in Germany, Singapore, UK and the United States (Irvine, CA).
The Selution Vital Few (VF) Program Leader is responsible for the overall program strategy, execution, and communication of Cordiss key value driver: the Selution drug eluting balloon. Selution is the worlds first sirolimus drug eluting balloon that has unlocked the secret to achieving sustained drug uptake in the vessel wall. Selutions Cell Adherent Technology (CAT) has the potential to transform cardiovascular care by providing physicians with a key option to treat coronary and peripheral stenosis without the use of stents (leave no metal behind). Selution is a key strategic bet and the top enterprise investment for Cordis.
The Selution program is responsible for global commercialization, operations scale-up, and access expansion for the Selution coronary and peripheral product lines. The VF Program Leader reports into Selutions General Manager and works closely with the leaders of R&D, Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure execution of the overall program strategy. The role is highly visible, presents weekly to the Cordis Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and leads in-person workshops to develop key program strategies.
The Selution VF Program Leader role is part of the SPARK program and is an 18-month rotation. It is a remote position that requires 50% US travel (less if the leader is located in Irvine, CA).
