Position OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic Instructional Designer to join our dynamic Program Development team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting engaging learning experiences for our customers. From designing new courses to refining existing content, your creativity and expertise will play a key role in driving our educational initiatives forward.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with subject matter experts and the Program Development team to analyze learning needs and define course objectives.
Craft compelling course content through collaborative scriptwriting and content development.
Design interactive and visually appealing learning materials, incorporating multimedia elements to enhance understanding.
Serve as project manager for development programs, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives.
Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate insights to continuously improve course quality.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform instructional design strategies.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
0-3 years' experience in instructional design or relevant coursework.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Articulate Storyline 360.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PreferredMaster's degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
3 years' instructional design experience and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience in video production and editing is a plus.
