Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and creative Experimental Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and inspire. You will work closely with non-profit organizations to design and implement marketing strategies that drive awareness and support for their causes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with non-profit partners to understand their needs and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Organize and participate in events, community outreach programs, and other in-person marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with non-profit organizations.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in experimental or experiential marketing.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
