ResponsibilitiesAbout the Sr. Regional Director, West Role:The Sr. Regional Director, West role is two-fold: (1) to ensure that Regional Managers receive the training, motivation, and support necessary to so that club operations and membership enrollment meets or exceeds set standards and targets; and (2) be the liaison between corporate and field operations for all reporting, communications, and carrying out monthly initiatives. The Sr. Regional Director, West always has their finger on the pulse of each club, sets high expectations of the Regional Managers, and is quick to identify performance issues and implement corrective action.
Daily responsibilities for the Sr. Regional Director, West also include:
Reporting and Analysis
  • Daily review of MTD reporting and reports sent on a weekly/daily basis from Finance team.
KPI Report Card, Controllable P&L’s, Daily Club Stats, Team Member Stats, Weekly Labor Hours
BI Reporting (MTD & Daily Dashboard)
  • Monitor all relevant sales statistics through review of daily/weekly stats.
Work with Regional Manager to assist in outlining an action plan for underperforming site(s)
  • Review weekly payroll and completion of payroll documents done by Regional Managers.
  • Monitor key controllable expenses: including club payroll, janitorial supplies, and inventory and work with Regional Managers to optimize results.
  • Monitors all member feedback and ensures all feedback is handled in a timely manner.
Staffing and Training
  • Completes all necessary training for new Regional Managers; provides ongoing training as needed.
  • Identifies Regional Managers with potential and gets them into our pipeline for growth.
  • Guides Regional Managers in ongoing evaluation of Club Managers; identifies area for improvement and aids Regional Managers in structuring an action plan, including training, hiring and termination.
  • Ensure that Regional Managers conduct 30, 60, 90-day evaluations with newly promoted Club Managers.
  • Ensure that Regional Managers conduct annual evaluations with Club Managers.
  • Holds Annual Evaluations with Regional Managers.
  • Ensures all proper certifications are in place (CPR, AED, Tanning etc.)
Maintain Pro Trainings certification to conduct CPR training as needed.
Ensure new team members are CPR certified within their first two weeks.
  • Fills in for Regional Managers as required.
  • Review performance of all field operations and locations, procure and award monthly employee recognition awards (CORE awards)
Distribution of Core Kudos within Woven to publicly recognize the team member.
Operations
  • Meets with SVPO weekly to review action plans for the upcoming week.
  • Completes weekly visits to clubs within region using BEST methods.
These visits will be a combination of scheduled and unscheduled visits as needed.
Ending the visit by completing a debrief with the Club Leadership team.
  • Holds a monthly meeting with Regional Managers in their region. Ensures Regional Managers are completing monthly meetings with Club Managers.
Addressing any action items, review of measurable KPI’s, review any key operational updates and initiatives.
  • Monitor all Regional Manager administrative functions to ensure timeliness and accuracy of work.
  • Ensure all marketing material and reader boards are correct based on current promotion.
Sales
  • Establish and communicate sales objectives and goals with team.
  • Assist in forecasting annual sales goals.
  • Adapt and share best sales practices.
  • Evaluate club sales performance, address underperforming sales clubs, create action items for clubs to reach their sales goals.
  • Oversee daily, short-term, and long-term sales goals across region and positively contribute to company goals.

  • Posses’ strong management and leadership experience
  • Possessing the ability to be able to read and adjust to different personality styles, management, and learning styles depending on the employee you’re coaching.
  • Be extremely organized and can prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Be able to lead a team and be able to prove that you can get the staff on board with all promotions that come up monthly
Success will be measured by:
  • Statistical accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/annual reporting
  • Timely completion of any outstanding action items
  • Club Performance: based on established KPI’s.
  • Manager Morale: every manager is enthusiastic, loves their job, and behaves in accordance with our mission and values.
