Essential Functions
- Responsible for the daily opening, setup, functionality of all equipment.
- Works directly with instructors and training analysts to support preparation, execution, and post review actions.
- Install computer workstations and network to additional electronic equipment used to play and present video files, PowerPoint presentations, and audio recordings in a mobile (tent) setting.
- Monitor and control computer and electronic data processing actions according to standardized operating instructions.
- Manage the presentation of information during reviews and will learn how to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Build digital products for National Guard units' future learning opportunities.
- Responsible for reporting any audio/visual maintenance and sustainment issues impacting delivery.
- Proficiency in Information Technologies and Microsoft Office software applications
- Pass a background check
- Have a valid Driver's License and be able to commute daily
- Ability to safely lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in an outdoor environment using military tents and portable restrooms
Experience
- Military experience (Preferred)
Job Type: Seasonal/Temporary
Work Hours: 8-12 hour shifts, 6-7 days / week, for a total of up to 6 weeks.
