CDL/Operator Laborer Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated CDL/Operator Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and have experience operating heavy equipment in the energy or construction industry. As a CDL/Operator Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our operations, contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of energy services to our customers.

CDL/Operator Laborer Responsibilities
- Safely and proficiently operate a variety of heavy equipment, including but not limited to, backhoes, excavators, bulldozers, and loaders, in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize CDL to transport equipment, materials, and personnel to and from job sites in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide support to construction crews and technicians by assisting with equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections, maintenance activities, and job site incidents in accordance with company standards.
- Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with airbrake and tanker endorsement.
- Performing extensive physical labor is a requirement of this position.
- Extensive travel is required (100%).
- Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
