Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform various machining operations.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
  • Program CNC machines using G-code or CAM software.
  • Monitor the machining process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
  • Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality using precision measuring instruments.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist/Operator.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup.
  • Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
