**Leasing Manager**
**Overview:**
As a Leasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the leasing operations of the property. You will be responsible for attracting prospective tenants, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
**Duties:**
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants, showcasing available units and amenities.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Maintain a database of current and prospective tenants for follow-up purposes.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the property management team to develop leasing strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines.
- Manage lease renewal processes and coordinate move-in/move-out procedures.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong background in customer service and sales.
- Extensive social media and marketing experience
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle tenant issues effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as maintaining tenant files and lease agreements.
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to leasing and property management.
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices to address tenant maintenance requests promptly.
- Understanding of property management principles including budgeting and financial goals.
- Thorough knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 housing programs.
**Nice-to-have Skills:**
- Experience working with rental applications and lease agreements.
- Familiarity with property marketing strategies to attract tenants effectively.
